Traditional Oak Stair With Painted Box Newels and Square Balusters Moorestown NJ

This Traditional Oak Stair With Painted Box Newels And Square Balusters In Moorestown NJ really makes all the difference when you walk into this warm and cozy home. I can't even remember what the rail looked like that we ripped out. I just know it was old and ugly.

This took about 3 days to complete. Super nice people. Super accommodating.

I do like the stained trim on the post. That's not standard so when ordering those it usually takes a little longer, but I think it's worth the wait.

It seems everyone is going with the square balusters these days. And I must admit, they do look good.

For this stair, we left the side stringers in place, because they were in really good shape. And we disassembled the old treads and risers and replaced with new. The house was built fairly well, so it made for an easier job for us. When you have to deal with really shoddy original work, that tends to make our work not so fun sometimes.

So, if you're in Mt Laurel, Marlton, Medford, Voorhees, Haddonfield or surrounding towns, and you're wanting to update your old foyer, be sure to give Ron a call at 215-694-5046 or email him at 45stairman@gmail.com for your FREE consultation and you can pick out your own Traditional Oak Stair With Painted Box Newels and Square Balusters like the one here in Moorestown NJ.

Wood Handrail Installer Lafayette Hill PA

How do you decide on your Wood Handrail Installer in the Lafayette Hill PA area? What exactly do you look for? Well for one you would expect that they would have a long track record of consistent quality (say, around 25 years... Ok, 24yrs 10 months 3 weeks and 2 days, but who's keeping track?). You'd look for a long line of dozens of happy customers year in and year out (last year, 38 to be exact, but who's counting?). You would want them to be able to handle any and all issues that will arise when you replace your stair and or rail, regardless of your stair layout, or your home's dimensions. Whether you have a scissor stair, L shape, straight run, winder treads, circular, spiral, or flared stair (to name a few), you want someone who has dealt with all these kinds of stairs. Someone who prides themselves on their ability to cater to your wishes when it comes to constructing the dream stair you envision. We install every stair and rail as if it were our own, because it is. Once I'm done and I know everything is perfect and the artwork is complete, the customer buys it off of me and him and his family get to enjoy it for decades to come, blah blah blah blah blah.... whatever! Be sure to select someone who takes pride in their work and takes their job very seriously, but themselves not so much. And therefore, since I meet the above requirements, I nominate myself as your Wood Handrail Installer of choice for Lafayette Hill PA, Wyndmoor, Gladwynne, Jenkintown, so give Ron a call for your FREE consultation ($250 value).

Wood Staircase Handrail Baluster Installer In Northeast Philadelphia

Wood Staircase Handrail Baluster Installer In Northeast Philadelphia. This is in a home near Holmes Circle in Northeast Philadelphia. The old staircase was dangerous. The treads were too small, and they were very loose, and starting to come apart, the rail was loose, and rickety, and the balusters were loose and falling out, I'm sure you get the picture. So we gutted the old stair and rail and replaced it with this brand new, solid, durable, beautiful, stained, oak hardwood stair and rail. This leads down to their basement they set up as the kids' playroom. The house did not allow for carrying a whole new staircase through the house and down the stairs, so we had to bring all the materials down to the basement, and build the new set of steps right there, rip out the old stair, then slide the new staircase in place. It fit like a glove, if I do say so myself. Now the homeowners don't worry about their young boys falling off the side of the stair, while heading downstairs to play. If you're living with any of these unsafe conditions, anywhere in the Northeast section of Philadelphia, like Somerton, Fox Chase, Bustleton, etc, or in neighboring towns like Rockledge, Elkins Park, Jenkintown, or Huntingdon Valley, don't hesitate to give me a call to set up your FREE consultation. With 25 years experience, I'll be your Wood Staircase Handrail Baluster Installer of choice, in Northeast Philadelphia, and surrounding areas.

Ron Hartman, your local wood stair and rail specialist, lives in the Fox Chase section of Philadelphia, near Rhawn and Verree.

Iron Balusters Huntingdon Valley PA

Here's a nice example of what's possible with Iron Balusters in Huntingdon Valley PA. This customer had just bought this nice house but wanted to "freshen up the place a bit" before she moved in. The builder grade wood balusters "had to go." She wanted to add some elegance to her new house, (not to mention the great added value when selling the property), without breaking the bank. And swapping out the old wood balusters for new iron pieces is a great way to do that. The existing posts and handrail were in good shape and installed well originally, and she liked them, so we kept them in place. We went over several design choices that were possible, given the spaces she was working with, and we, okay, she, came up with this. It's a nice look, not too busy, not too austere, and gives you a nice visual throughout the foyer/hallway area of the house. She went with satin black, which is a good universal color, for most people, especially if you don't know for sure how long you're going to be living in a particular house. Oil rubbed bronze, oil rubbed copper, continue to be very popular color choices as well.

So, if you're tired of your old, wooden balusters, that may be loose, or chipped, or broken, or just not the look you want for your home anymore, give me a call, text, or email. If you live in Huntingdon Valley, or any of the surrounding towns, like Rockledge, or Southampton, or Willow Grove, Dresher, Horsham, Glenside, Abington, Feasterville, or Richboro, I'd love to install your new Iron Balusters for you and give your home that touch of elegance you've been looking for.

Wood Handrail Post Stair in Chestnut Hill

Wood Handrail, Post, Stair, in Chestnut Hill section of Philadelphia. This house has a main stair, a back stair, a back basement stair, and they all have nice posts, rail, and balusters. We went with the all white underneath, (painted posts and balusters) and stained handrail. And stained treads, with painted risers and stringers. This was a new house, so they'll be able to enjoy this rail for the next 20 years. This is what a high-quality job looks, and feels like. You, and your whole family could slide down these rails, because they're solid as a rock, and not going anywhere anytime soon.

So, be sure you hire a competent, high-quality contractor, if you want a competent, high-quality job. If that's what you're looking for, I know just the guy. If you're in need of a new Wood Handrail, Post, or Stair, in or around Chestnut Hill, give Ron a call to set up your FREE consultation to learn about the options and selections that are available to you.

Iron Balusters and New Handrail New Hope PA

All New Posts Handrail and Iron Balusters in New Hope PA. This homeowner wanted her Stairs modified, by removing the existing double bullnose starting step, and replacing it with a square tread to match the style of post she picked out. We sanded the original finish off, and restained and polyurethaned the treads and risers to match the stain on the new Rail and Posts. My painter came in and painted the stringers, trim moldings,  stained the rail and posts, and touched up the walls where the original rail had been attached.  The Iron Balusters really made the foyer become more in keeping with the style of the rest of the house. She LOVES it. If you're tired of your old Railing, Posts, Balusters, Treads, or entire Staircase, call Ron, to schedule your FREE consultation, and learn about your Stair Replacement/update options.
