Oak Stair and Handrail with Iron Balusters Doylestown
New Oak Stair and Handrail with Iron Balusters Doylestown. This new homeowner just moved in from another state and hated the carpeted stair and tired old wooden balusters. So she called us in and we reconstructed her stair in place and gave her new hardwood treads and painted risers. She couldn't be any happier. She had the new treads and rail stained to match her new floors and I think the stainer did a great job. Iron balusters are timeless, as is quality construction. Brazilian Cherry Stair Box Newels and Handrail with Iron Balusters Northeast Philadelphia
New Brazilian Cherry Stair, Box Newels, and Handrail with Iron Balusters in Northeast Philadelphia really makes a huge difference when entering the home now. The happy homeowners really love the new look and communicated that often which is always appreciated. No matter how many times you've been told over 25-30 years, it never gets old. We get old, but that's another issue altogether. Hearing compliments about our work reminds us of why we do what we do. This year we installed stairs and or rails in over 80 of your neighbors homes all over the Delaware Valley. I often talk about the beauty of the stair and rail and how it makes folks feel, and I know that's a big part of our business. But, another reason folks call us to fix, or replace their stair or rail is safety. The stair I reconstructed last week was redone because one of the homeowners young sons fell down the stairs. He fell down the stairs because they were constructed very badly about 30 years ago by someone who didn't know the correct method of solving the unique landing problem they were faced with or didn't care and wasn't paid enough to care, probably by the equally inept, and usually less caring homebuilder. If you or someone you love has fallen down the stairs, it's not always because of clumsiness. Be sure to get your stairs checked out by someone who has spent the last 30 years studying and being responsible for stairs and rails to be "up to code" standards of 2015 not 1915. Old homes often have glaring stair and rail violations that are usually overlooked by the realtor who wants to sell the house and the home inspector who's often really only interested in getting to the next house to keep his sales up, and who, honestly isn't really trained for all the issues concerning stairs and rails. So, if you're looking to make your old, (or new) home a little more beautiful, a little more safe this holiday season, give Ron a call at his cell 215-694-5046, or shoot him an email at 45stairman@gmail.com and schedule your free consultation with your local stairmaster and order your very own Brazilian Cherry Stair, Box Newels, and Handrail with Iron Balusters in Northeast Philadelphia and surrounding suburbs.

Cherry Handrail Iron Balusters Swarthmore PA
Cherry Handrail Iron Balusters Swarthmore PA. This was another nice job with really good people. All my customers are really good people, have I said that before?? Seriously, I do get a lot of good customers who are great to work with. I am truly blessed to live in an area with such an abundance of good folks who want their stairs and rails to match the rest of their house and improve the value of their home, improve the appearance of their home, and improve the safety of their home for the next twenty years. This customer was getting rid of carpet upstairs, getting all new hardwood, and having existing floors and stair treads sanded and re-stained. So we pulled out all the old posts, rail and balusters and gave them all new. The floor guy then came in and sanded and stained, then we came back and installed the iron balusters, the bulk of the work was done while they were on vacation. So, if you're in the market for Cherry Handrail with Iron Balusters, or any of the other hundreds of options available to you, and you live in Swarthmore or surrounding towns like , Ardmore, Radnor, or Sprinfield, feel free to give Ron a call at 215-694-5046 to set up your FREE consultation (a $250 value)

Brazilian Cherry Staircase Oil Rubbed Bronze Iron Balusters Haddon Heights NJ. After thirty years, this homeowner decided to finally redo his foyer the way he had always wanted to do it. These were really good people. After he met me, I introduced him to my painter, my painter in turn introduced owner to his goto bathroom remodel guy, long story short he practically redid his whole house. It was nice to see another happy customer based on some of my recommendations. After 30 years in the business, you definitely know who the best guys are. We pulled out the old stair and rail from the seventies and installed everything brand new. Then he went with shadow boxes down the wall to really set it off. Brazillian Cherry Staircase at Jersey Shore House
Brazillian Cherry Staircase at Jersey Shore House. These homeowners were really nice. Empty nesters who lived in this house for 30 years and always wanted to remodel the stair. The kids are gone, and they decided to do this one last project they'd put off for a long time. He is really handy and he basically remodeled the whole house himself except for this last project. He found me online, and we had a great conversation and he told me about his vision he had for the space, and we went to work to make it happen. I'm really pleased that he's really pleased. He's somewhat of a perfectionist, so I think he was sweating a little bit in the beginning, but on second and third day you could tell he relaxed a bit and was really happy that we did exactly what he wanted and it turned out so well. And I have to give him the credit for doing the woodwork trim on the underside of the stair. He did a really good job, and it makes a big difference. Be sure to give Ron Hartman a call on his cell at 215-694-5046 to schedule your very own personal consultation (a $250 value) to discuss the options that are available to you, or if this is exactly what you want, just let me know that you're ready for your very own Brazillian Cherry Staircase at your Jersey Shore House.

Install Iron Balusters Oak Stair Treads Posts and Handrail Titusville NJ
Install Iron Balusters and Oak Stair Treads Posts and Handrail Titusville NJ. These homeowners were relocating from Ohio, but weren't in love with the original to the house, standard staircase and railings. They expressed a desire to strip the rails of their stain and re-stain them to match the floors that were about to be sanded and re-stained. I told them how many times I'd seen that attempted in 25 years, and how people are never happy with the results. And, for a few dollars more you can choose a bigger, stronger post a bigger, more beautiful handrail that you'll really like and is more in keeping with the style of the house. Unlike what the builder gives you, which is always, always the cheapest he could find. They really liked the iron baluster pattern they had in Ohio, so we just duplicated exactly what they had. If you want to create your very own unique iron baluster pattern for your own home go to http://hof.stairartist.com/designTool/c25/. You can drag and drop your selection into the virtual staircase. They assured me the chandelier would be next to go, and that they would be selecting something that would go better with the iron balusters. So, if you're living anywhere near Titusville NJ, like Washington Crossing, or Yardley, or Plainsboro give me a call at 215-694-5046 and ask for Ron to schedule your FREE ($250 value) no pressure consultation and get your very own Iron Balusters and Oak Stair Treads Posts and Handrail, or whatever you choose from my main supplier at www.carolinastair.com
