Brazillian Cherry Staircase at Jersey Shore House

Brazillian Cherry Staircase at Jersey Shore House. These homeowners were really nice. Empty nesters who lived in this house for 30 years and always wanted to remodel the stair. The kids are gone, and they decided to do this one last project they'd put off for a long time. He is really handy and he basically remodeled the whole house himself except for this last project. He found me online, and we had a great conversation and he told me about his vision he had for the space, and we went to work to make it happen. I'm really pleased that he's really pleased. He's somewhat of a perfectionist, so I think he was sweating a little bit in the beginning, but on second and third day you could tell he relaxed a bit and was really happy that we did exactly what he wanted and it turned out so well. And I have to give him the credit for doing the woodwork trim on the underside of the stair. He did a really good job, and it makes a big difference. Be sure to give Ron Hartman a call on his cell at 215-694-5046 to schedule your very own personal consultation (a $250 value) to discuss the options that are available to you, or if this is exactly what you want, just let me know that you're ready for your very own  Brazillian Cherry Staircase at your Jersey Shore House.

Install Iron Balusters Oak Stair Treads Posts and Handrail Titusville NJ

Install Iron Balusters and Oak Stair Treads Posts and Handrail Titusville NJ.  These homeowners were relocating from Ohio, but weren't in love with the original to the house, standard staircase and railings. They expressed a desire to strip the rails of their stain and re-stain them to match the floors that were about to be sanded and re-stained. I told them how many times I'd seen that attempted in 25 years, and how people are never happy with the results. And, for a few dollars more you can choose a bigger, stronger post a bigger, more beautiful handrail that you'll really like and is more in keeping with the style of the house. Unlike what the builder gives you, which is always, always the cheapest he could find. They really liked the iron baluster pattern they had in Ohio, so we just duplicated exactly what they had. If you want to create your very own unique iron baluster pattern for your own home go to  http://hof.stairartist.com/designTool/c25/.  You can drag and drop your selection into the virtual staircase. They assured me the chandelier would be next to go, and that they would be selecting something that would go better with the iron balusters. So, if you're living anywhere near Titusville NJ, like Washington Crossing, or Yardley, or Plainsboro give me a call at 215-694-5046 and ask for Ron to schedule your FREE ($250 value) no pressure consultation and get your very own Iron Balusters and Oak Stair Treads Posts and Handrail, or whatever you choose from my main supplier at www.carolinastair.com
