The painter then came in and stained everything to perfection, and we followed him with the iron balusters within a day or two of polyurethane drying.

Brazillian Cherry Staircase at Jersey Shore House. These homeowners were really nice. Empty nesters who lived in this house for 30 years and always wanted to remodel the stair. The kids are gone, and they decided to do this one last project they'd put off for a long time. He is really handy and he basically remodeled the whole house himself except for this last project.
