Box Newels and
Handrail in
Turnersville NJ. Split level home needed an upgrade. Really nice people. All my customers are really nice people, but some are even more so. Like most of my jobs, I did most of this while they were working. Took the better part of three days to complete. I installed the nosing and capping, then the box newels, then the handrail. I left for a few days while homeowner painted and stained everything. I then came back and installed the balusters and fillet, (the very small pieces of square stock that "fills in" the gap between the square top balusters.) They had a little one on the way and needed a really safe really beautiful handrail. The dark stain on the handrail contrasts nicely with the lighter oak stair treads. The square balusters are in keeping with the vertical lines in the panels on the walls. Painting the box newels, again is in keeping with what's been done with the wall panels.
