Another All-new Wood Handrail With Iron Balusters in Cherry Hill NJ. This was another rail that was badly done when the house was new, or rail was re-done years earlier, and the homeowners hated it. It was crooked, loose, not up to code, and made the homeowners fearful for their two little ones that will be running up and down those stairs very soon.
