These were some of the easiest people to work with. Super nice. They knew what they wanted and let us do our thing to make it happen. I love it when the homeowner asks, can we do that? You can do that? And you say absolutely! We've done this a thousand times! And that's not too far fetched. We've done @ 50-100 projects a year for 30 years. Every layout, every baluster, every post, every rail, every type of wood species, you've ever seen, in just about every town in the Delaware Valley, in just about every development...we've created a stair and or rail at least once. This took about a week. Old stair out....@2-3 hours... New stair in..@ 2-3 hours. New rails in...@ 3-4 days. Then they needed new floors, stain, paint, trim, etc. Then we came back and installed the iron balusters in @ 4-5 hours.
So if your stair or rail isn't all it could be, or all you want it to be, forget the home advisors that "verify" all of their contractors...by checking their phone number and ensuring their credit card payment went through.They're about as verified for highly skilled work as your typical fast food employee. Forget the national database scammers and go with the local pro who's been doing stairs and rails for 30 years.
