The floor guy came in and sanded and stained the whole first floor and staircase and installed new flooring in upstairs hallway, this took him about a week. We came back and installed posts and rail in one day. This customer loved the look of an over the post style rail, but also wanted the boxed newel posts with raised panels. We were able to do both for the customer and he was beyond thrilled when I told him we could do both. This is a great custom look that you don't see that often but it looks fantastic. After the install of rail and post, he had posts and rail stained to match the new floors. We came back to complete the project by installing the iron balusters. It was great to do this job with over the post rail and the customer loved the outcome.
