Oversized Starting Newel

Here's another example of classic style, with your Oversized Starting Newel with Dark Stained Treads and Handrails and Painted Balusters in Historic Haddonfield NJ.
This was another designer/builder who saw a picture and asked to have it brought to life. We've done a lot of work in this town over the years. Definitely one of my favorites. The small town feel is everywhere. people are nice, the properties are nice, they tell me the schools are nice, the stairs are really nice, ok, ok, I'm a little biased. But seriously, it is a classic "Small Town America" town. Access to the big city less than a half hour away.
To get this level of quality construction, you need a great team. You need a great architect, and a great builder, who brings in his best subcontractors which would include your foundation/concrete guy, framer, roofer/sider, hvac, plumbing, insulation, drywall, paint, flooring, trim, stairs and rails, kitchen, tile, electrical, audio/security, landscaping, and paving guys, to name most of the contractors needed to build your high-quality home. And a designer can really help you bring all of it together so the whole house looks "connected" for lack of a better term. So it all flows.
If you need help with any part of finding your "team" we can help you with that. Our specialty is Stairs and Rails, and in the course of 30 years in the business, we've met many of the best subcontractors in the business and would gladly give you our recommendations for whatever trade you would need if it was a small enough project that you didn't need a builder or GC for.
But if you're in need of your own Oversized Starting Newel, and you want Dark Stained Treads and Handrails with Painted Balusters and you live in Haddonfield NJ, or surrounding towns like Moorestown, Haddon Heights, Cherry Hill, Marlton, or Medford, then give Ron  a call at his cell at 215-694-5046, or shoot him an email at 45stairman@gmail.com and set up your FREE consultation and estimate and get all your questions answered.

Brazilian Cherry Staircase Oil Rubbed Bronze Iron Balusters Haddon Heights NJ

Brazilian Cherry Staircase Oil Rubbed Bronze Iron Balusters Haddon Heights NJ. After thirty years, this homeowner decided to finally redo his foyer the way he had always wanted to do it. These were really good people. After he met me, I introduced him to my painter, my painter in turn introduced owner to his goto bathroom remodel guy, long story short he practically redid his whole house. It was nice to see another happy customer based on some of my recommendations. After 30 years in the business, you definitely know who the best guys are. We pulled out the old stair and rail from the seventies and installed everything brand new. Then he went with shadow boxes down the wall to really set it off. If you live in Haddon Heights NJ or surrounding towns, like Haddonfield, Moorestown, Cherry Hill, Voorhees, etc, and you want your very own Brazilian Cherry Staircase with Oil Rubbed Bronze Iron Balusters, then be sure to give your local stair expert a call at 215-694-5046 and ask for Ron, or send him an email at 45stairman@gmail.com.

Install Wood Handrail Repair Wood Stair in Haddonfield NJ. Well, I must say, this stairway remodel job was a little unusual. The lady of the house informed she had already found the old newel posts she wanted installed, in a vintage woodworking warehouse somewhere in Philadelphia, (I didn't ask where, hush, hush.) She then told me she wanted the octagon balusters and newel posts with the oversized rail on top, that she selected from my favorite suppliers' catalog, to somewhat match the old rail and balusters she wanted installed on her back stair. Her and her lovely family decided, okay SHE decided, to renovate an old Victorian house off main street in Haddonfield, and the old school rails and posts would help keep the Victorian theme going. (Did I mention she works at the school??, no, not the old school, oh never mind... but I digress.) Working with the oversized, (HUGE), heavy, eight sided, walnut post was a bit of a challenge, but we managed to pull it off, much to the delight of said lady. She said she couldn't find anyone who would do the job for her. More than a few stair and rail  contractors stopped by and never came back. She was getting desperate, you could hear it in her voice. How could I say no? So, a few weeks later, her material was delivered and we proceeded with the installation. The upper turning on the balusters adds a nice touch as they stay in perfect line with the rail just above. She wasn't quite done with staining and painting at time of photos, but I had to share these with you. I'll update once everything is painted and stained.  If you're looking for a Handrail Installer to Repair your Wood Stair, or to replace, or Install Wood Handrail in your Haddonfield, Collingswood, or Haddon Heights home for you, don't hesitate to call/text Ron Hartman, your local specialist with 25 years experience with ALL KINDS of stair/rail situations, at 215-694-5046, or email him at 45stairman@gmail.com

Replace Handrail Haddonfield NJ

Replace your old Handrail in Haddonfield NJ. The new homeowners had all the floors resurfaced and stained and wanted the old rail replaced to match the floors. The original rail was too low, and too weak and shaky, and too ugly. There wasn't a lot to love about it. So, I raised the new rail to the correct heights...34" on the rake rail, and 36" on the level rail. New posts, new balusters, and new rail. The stair was in pretty good shape, structurally, so, they sanded them with the rest of the floors. We had to template the curve on the bottom two treads, so we could have the rail made to match exactly. If you're tired of your old, dilapidated staircase, or handrail, or both, give me a call. I've Replaced many of your neighbors' Handrails in Haddonfield NJ, but there are many more that still need my help. If you're one of them, don't hesitate to give me a call or text at 215-694-5046. Or shoot me an email at ronstairs@verizon.net. Heck, if you're really old school, send me a fax at 215-745-1464. My old fax machine still works, but I must say, I don't get as many as I used to.
Of course, I also Replace Handrails in all the surrounding towns as well, Collingswood, Haddon Heights, Cherry Hill, Westmont, Voorhees, Marlton, Mt Laurel, Moorestown, Maple ShadePennsauken, Medford, etc.
